Youth Sports Prep is a specialized training program designed for athletes ages 12–14 who want to elevate their game through elite-level running mechanics and movement skills — the same techniques taught in professional sports camps.

Every program begins with a video gait analysis and in-depth review of your child’s movement patterns. This allows us to identify strengths, uncover inefficiencies, and create a plan that’s tailored to their sport and position. From there, we focus on developing explosive speed, proper running posture, efficient stride mechanics, and multi-directional agility — skills that carry over to soccer, track & field, cross country, and just as powerfully to football, baseball, and basketball.

Unlike most team practices, which spend little time on movement fundamentals, our sessions drill down on how the body should move for maximum efficiency and minimal injury risk. These are the skills that make the difference in big moments — the quick first step, the ability to change direction without losing speed, and the endurance to outlast the competition.
