Coach Diaz’s Exclusive Hybrid Performance Clinic is coming to New Jersey for a limited engagement on March 15th-16th.

March 15th: Video Gait Analysis

The clinic will kick off with a video gait analysis session, during which Coach Diaz will capture footage of your running form on a treadmill. Each participant will run briefly—no longer than a warm-up—followed by 30 seconds of video capture from various angles. This process is quick and efficient, ensuring minimal disruption to your schedule. Once all participants have been filmed, Coach Diaz will review each individual’s running technique in a group setting. The analysis will be displayed on a big screen, highlighting movement flaws that could lead to injury or hinder performance. This group review allows for deeper insights, as observing others’ mistakes and learning the associated corrections will enhance your understanding.

Gait Correction Training
Following the video analysis, Coach Diaz will lead a session focused on gait correction. You will learn exactly what changes to make to improve your running efficiency. This hands-on coaching will help refine your technique for faster, safer running. Expect to be engaged throughout the day as you work to optimize your form.

March 16th: VO2max and Metabolic Testing
On the second day, Coach Diaz will conduct VO2max and metabolic testing to assess your body’s responses to running. This data is invaluable, eliminating the guesswork in your training and competition strategy. While testing can be time-intensive, we encourage everyone to stay for the entire session. The testing process is a learning experience and will provide insights into your performance that you can’t get anywhere else.
