Virtual Coaching Plan 1

A clear training plan. A monthly conversation. Expert direction.

Training Guidance is designed for endurance, HYROX, and OCR athletes who can train independently but want an experienced coach guiding their progression. Coach Diaz selects training from his own coach-developed weekly templates based on your current ability and goals. During your monthly virtual check-in, you review completed training, discuss your response, and establish the next training block.

What’s included

One 30-minute virtual check-in with Coach Diaz each month.
Weekly training templates selected to match your ability and goals.
Monthly review of completed training and available training data.
Adjustments for your training days, days off, and planned pre-race tapers.
Clear direction for the next training block.

How the service works

Begin by sharing your training history, current ability, goals, available training days, and upcoming races. Coach Diaz uses that information to select an appropriate training progression. You complete the assigned training independently. Your scheduled monthly call is the time to review progress, ask training questions, and discuss routine adjustments.

Scope of coaching

This offer uses established training templates with limited schedule and taper adjustments. It does not include weekly coaching calls, daily workout monitoring, ongoing messaging support, or video gait analysis.

Monthly payment

Training Guidance costs $299 per month. Your purchase pays for the first month. We then will invoice you monthly payments, with your authorization, and schedule your check-in day and time via separate email communication.
