1:1 Virtual Performance Consultation A scheduled, private weekly call where we analyze your actual training data, not theory.

We review:

  • Movement patterns & running mechanics
  • Cadence, pacing behavior, and fatigue signatures
  • Heart rate trends, stress scores, recovery markers
  • Training load vs. adaptation signals
  • Race-specific demands relative to your physiology

Then we build the next week’s plan, session by session, with intention.

Custom Programming — Built Forward, Not Retroactively Explained

Your training is written daily, not dumped in monthly blocks. Why? Because adaptation isn’t linear—and neither are competitive schedules.

This is the same evaluative process I charge $225 per session for when performed independently—but here it’s used as a coaching tool, not a standalone service.
